    I am so grateful for organizations like this for the city, however, it's really hard to leave an abandoned or lost dog there when the office staff is so rude on the phone. I am specifically referring to Glenda Gardner. It would make me feel so much better to leave an animal there where there is a warm compassionate person answering the phone.
